Convenient door-to-door ski facilities. Locked storage for skis. Excellent food with a long open buffet. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious rooms with good views. Well-maintained ski equipment and locker rooms. Great conditions of slopes. Quick and efficient rescue team on site

The staff was helpful and always smiling. A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Drop Lounge that was only 10 minutes' walk away. Free parking on site was provided. Recommended base for city trip in Kartalkaya.

We recently stayed at a ski hotel in a joint area, just a few steps away from the slopes. Even though there wasn’t a hot tub, the indoor pool and spa area were perfect after a long day of skiing. the room was incredibly clean and spacious with a great view of the ski area. the breakfast each morning was delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the locked ski storage made it easy to store our equipment after skiing. We also enjoyed the indoor activities for children offered by the hotel.
The hotel does not offer bathrobes, and we missed having that extra comfort.

The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and popular tourist attractions. the breakfast buffet was quite good, offering a variety of options. the staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There were stains on the sheets and towels, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The hotel had great amenities like a well-organized spa with an indoor pool, Turkish bath, and sauna. The food was also excellent, with abundant snacks and drinks. Excellent location on the ski slopes was a major plus.
Upon arrival, the room was not clean, the curtains were stained, and the TV did not work. The staff barely spoke English, making communication challenging.

I had an incredible stay in this mountain hotel. The location down the hill to the slopes was ideal for skiing and the transportation was efficient. The hotel facilities were top-notch, offering locked storages and transportation options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious and catered to all dietary needs.
